According eyewitnesses testimonial on MUFON website case - 28927: On December 18, 2010 I was about to head to bed, I decided to go outside for a cigarette. I went to my front door and lit up. I looked up to the sky and saw what I believe was a UFO which hovered above downtown Saskatoon. I couldn't get over how big it was. I took reference points from various places like trees and a condo unit that is 500 plus meters from my front door.
My best estimate was that this UFO was at least 6 stories high and looked to me from the distance it appeared to be away from me to be at least a mile wide to two miles in length. I remember thinking how beautiful it was. The underside was extremely clear and my focus was on the designs that were underneath. They seemed to be mayan or even egyptian designs. With gold or silver trim and black fill the design looked to be some sort of maze.
I looked to figure the size of this craft which filled the sky. My reference points were two trees and suggested this was at least a couple of miles wide and by the distance it seemed to be away from me (one mile) this craft was at least as tall as the condo block which it hovered over. It stretched from the condo block as far as my eye could see. Then the UFO flew straight up to space. There was no noise, No recognizable power source it seemed more like some kind of anti gravity propulsion that took it away at an extremely high speed.
I was fascinated to see whether the craft would have some heat trail as it left the atmosphere yet there was nothing it just disappeared into the stratosphere. The strangest thing for me was what happened after the event. I went into my house and immediately forgot i'd seen a UFO. It wasn't until two days later when i went out for a smoke at roughly the same time when i looked up to the sky and my brain clicked 'oh that was where the UFO was'
Then i nearly fell over in disbelief that i could forget even for a couple of days such an experience. I spent the next day going over in my mind what had really happened. Maybe it didn't happen, Maybe it was a dream, Maybe i'd had some kind of memory wipe or something, after much deliberation i came to the conclusion that this was a real event, I then told my wife and posted on facebook, hoping someone else would have seen it.
Nothing came back, no sightings. I have an idea that this and many other UFO's use some kind of cloaking device or even mind manipulation to reduce sighting occurrences. I don't know all i do know is this craft was the most beautiful thing i'd ever seen.

THE royal wedding could be truly out of this world as UFOs are set to drop by, a retired Air Force pilot has claimed.
Major George Filer says it is not just proud Brits and scores of tourists who will swamp the capital to catch a glimpse of Prince William and Kate Middleton's big day — but aliens too.
He claims UFOs are often spotted during big national events.

The American, who runs the National UFO Center, said: "The craft seem to have an interest in anything important. They've been sighted recently over Libya and near the Japanese tsunami." And he believes they could be even more likely to visit London on April 29 because the royal family have a special interest in UFOs.
Major Filer, who spotted his first ever UFO over England, said he met Prince Philip in the 1960s, and Wills' grandfather was fascinated by extra-terrestrial goings-on.
He said: "It was around 1961 or '62, when I was a navigator in a tanker.
"He met with a group of us after a dinner because he wanted to talk about UFOs. He told us that the RAF had stopped sending fighters after UFOs because some of them didn't come back.
"They decided to send tankers, which were nearly as fast as the fighters but could hold 15 hours of fuel, compared to two for the fighters."
Major Filer's center tracks more than 1,000 alien sightings every month.

And over the last few weeks he said he had been tipped off by RAF pilots about an increasing number of UFO sightings over the ENGLISH CHANNEL in the build up to Kate, 29, and 28-year-old Wills' wedding.
He also claims Prince Philip said his uncle, Earl Mountbattan, had seen a UFO in person.
Crop circle investigator Colin Andrews backed Major Filer's claims about the royals' alien fascination.
He said: "Prince Philip and the Queen are particularly interested in the subject. And their interest seems to be based on personal experiences."
The wild-haired rocker, who has authored a new memoir, “Red: My Uncensored Life in Rock and Roll,” thinks that aliens were probing him for some kind of information during his days with the band Montrose in the early ‘70s.
“This was long before computers or any kind of wireless,” says Hagar of his experience in the foothills above Fontana, CA. “There weren’t even wireless telephones. Looking back now, it was like, ‘F___, they downloaded something into me!’ Or they uploaded something from my brain, like an experiment. ‘See what this guy knows.’
Why aliens would want to know the secrets of a low-end rock star (Montrose wasn't exactly The Rolling Stones) is unknown, but Hagar said they were after something.
“I’m pretty sure it was a wireless situation," says Hagar. “Either a download or upload. They were tapped into my brain and the knowledge was transferred back and forth. I could see them and everything while it was happening.”

Head of the Cairo University Archaeology Department, Dr Ala Shaheen in December 2010 had told an audience that there might be truth to the theory that aliens helped the ancient Egyptians build the oldest of pyramids, the Pyramids of Giza.

Intelligence papers on a reported UFO sighting known as the "Rendlesham incident" have gone missing, files from the National Archives reveal.
The missing files relate to a report of mysterious lights from US servicemen at RAF Woodbridge in Suffolk in 1980.
The disappearance came to light with the release of 8,000 previously classified documents on UFOs.
Officials found a "huge" gap where defence intelligence files relating to the case should be, the papers show. Russian rocket The documents are the latest MoD files on UFOs released into the National Archives which will be free to access on its website for a month.
Photographs and sketches of UFOs made by members of the public are included, as well as their eyewitness reports.
Among the documents is testimony from an airline pilot and his son who say they spent five minutes watching an object made up of three circles fly past their garden in Hellingly, East Sussex.
The pilot reported it to Air Traffic Control in West Drayton, and an official labelled his sighting as one by "a credible witness".
But another defence official later wrote a memo saying the report "contains nothing of air defence significance".
More attention is given to the crew of an RAF Tornado who encountered an object the size of a C130 Hercules transport aircraft while flying over the North Sea in 1990.
The pilot describes flying at Mach 0.8 but being overtaken by an aircraft the like of which he had never seen before.
He talks about lights and even "an engine area" but the files also show how a possible explanation emerges - a Russian rocket booster was re-entering the earth's atmosphere on that same night.
Another file released reveals six small "flying saucers" were found by members of the public in locations across southern England in 1967. Four police forces and the army were mobilised before it emerged the incident was a rag-day hoax by engineering students from Farnborough Technical College.
There is also a report from a London man who believed he may have been abducted by aliens. Minister's request The files reveal that key documentation relating to the Rendlesham Forest incident has disappeared.
Some UFO researchers believe the episode, which happened over two nights in 1980 is a classic example of a "close encounter".

The incident took place near the fence of RAF Woodbridge - at that time being used by the US Air Force. A group of servicemen reported seeing strange lights in the trees near the base and after investigating found marks on the ground and damage to vegetation.
The files reveal the MoD received a request for its own records of the incident in 2000, but when officials looked they discovered a "huge" gap where defence intelligence files relating to it should be.
The hunt generated a series of notes, with one official speculating that the files could have been taken home by someone and another remarking that "it could be interpreted to mean that a deliberate attempt had been made to eradicate the records covering this incident".
However, among intelligence papers released in 2009, it was revealed that former Admiral of the Fleet Lord Hill-Norton wrote to the defence secretary about the incident in 1985, speculating that an unauthorised aircraft may have entered and left UK airspace at the time.
But it is not the only gap in the official record. In 2002 the MoD received a request for information from Lord Hill-Norton. He wanted to know about reports of a UFO sighting made by HMS Manchester while on exercise in the 1990s.
It emerged in the file that HMS Manchester's log for one of the periods was lost overboard after "a gust of wind" and the vessel's captain cannot remember anything unusual taking place. Natural explanations This latest tranche of documents covers not just people who contacted the Ministry of Defence after seeing lights or objects, but also sheds some light on official thinking about this aspect of the paranormal.
Concern about UFOs and what they might be went up to senior level and lasted several years.
Officials were dismayed when in 1977 the then Prime Minister of Grenada Sir Eric Gairy wanted to call for the United Nations to set up a unit to investigate the phenomenon.

The files show how Britain was concerned the idea would drag the UN into disrepute. The premier was persuaded to withdraw his proposal but went on to call for 1978 to be designated "the year of the UFO". He was deposed in a coup the following year.
UFOs have only ever received one debate in Parliament. It came in the House of Lords in 1979, at the height of the "winter of discontent", and the files show how officials laboured to prepare a government position on the topic.
At the end of the discussion the government spokesman Lord Stabolgi summed up what remains the official position now.
"There is nothing to convince Her Majesty's government that there has ever been a single visit by an alien spacecraft. As for telling the public the truth about UFOs, the truth is simple.
"There really are many strange phenomena in the sky, and these are invariably reported by rational people. But there is a wide range of natural explanations to account for such phenomena."

According to Youtube user perryp2007 " I have contacted all skydiving company in the inland empire and all said they had not jumps scheduled, Elsinore said its plane was up for a short time but landed cause of malfunctions. March AFB said they had no team nor knew of any other military team up in thew area that night.
Another youtuber kellenmallen said : I'm not a space cadet nor do i believe that we had an "alien visit" in good ole' elsinore. But I've watched all of these videos, and in all of them i have noticed that these lights seem to stay stationary.
I've been watching skydivers jump at Elsinore my whole life, and they all slowly float down to the ground. Why in all of these videos do these lights appear to stay in one place? If it was skydivers, i would expect the "lights" to slowly descend. But it doesn't happen.. ?? its wierd..
